Handling of seafarers' complaints

As per MLC 2006 Covention, Seafarers have the right to make a complaint shipowner and Flag State authority.

Crewing Department has a responsibility to assist seafarer to sort out serious disputes that may arise in relation to his employment.

Any complaints shall be submitted to the Crewing Manager in writing ( by regular mail or email).
